Non-isolated buck-boost DC-DC converters
deliver up to 200 watts

The 200 W i1C series from TDK-Lambda is available in the industry-standard housing format (1 x 1 inch = 26.42 x 26.42 mm). The non-isolated buck-boost DC-DC converters (upconverters and downconverters) operate with input voltages ranging from 9 to 36 V or 18 to 75 V. The i1C series offers adjustable output voltages from 9.6 to 28 V with output currents of up to 10 A.

The series is ideal for generating a variety of high-performance DC outputs with 12, 24, and 48 V system voltages in medical, industrial, test, measurement, and battery-powered devices such as driverless transport systems (AGVs), mobile industrial robots (IMRs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and drones. The i1C models can also replace existing isolated converters and offer a higher performance migration path for applications requiring additional output power, as the isolation layer is often provided by the AC/DC source.

High performance over a wide temperature range

The i1C has a remarkable efficiency of up to 98 percent, enabling the converters to deliver high usable power in demanding thermal environments with case temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +120 °C while offering extended battery life.
The dimensions and pin assignment comply with the industrial standard of 1 inch x 1 inch and are 26.42 x 26.42 x 10.2 mm (W x L x H).
