The connection technology – intuitive and tool-free

Fast and reliable connections are essential in many industrial sectors. The direct plug-in connection system "PUSH IN" impresses with its simple and safe handling as well as short wiring times, because how efficient manufacturing processes are depends above all on the wiring effort. Components with PUSH IN technology reduce the connection time by up to 50 percent.
Once stripped of insulation, the solid wire is simply inserted into the terminal point until it reaches the stop. All done! No tools are required for the connection. This creates a reliable, vibration-proof and gas-proof connection. Not even flexible wires with crimped-on ferrules – with or without plastic collars – or ultrasonic bonded wires are a problem for this connection system.
The PUSH IN connection technology is designed according to the compression spring principle, which means that the spring for the wire connection is held separately in the housing. This design feature ensures a separation of mechanical and electrical functions. The benefit: high conductor extraction forces.
