the BOXER-6406-ADN boasts a variety of features that make it a particularly
sturdy choice for industrial projects. Notably, its operating temperature stands out,
ranging from -20 °C to 60 °C.
Furthermore, the system supports a wide input voltage range
of 9 V to 36 V, including over/under voltage protection as well as short-circuit protection.
To enhance
its durability, the system is equipped with IEC 68-2-27 shock resistance and advanced anti-vibration
capabilities. Lockable I/O connectors have also been integrated to protect against wear and tear.
With
dimensions of only 186 mm x 104.6 mm x 49.1 mm, the compact housing of the BOXER-6406-ADN can be
conveniently wall-mounted.
The system relies solely on passive cooling mechanisms and eschews
fan-based cooling systems to prevent the accumulation of contaminants in industrial environments.
Energy-efficient and with many variants
The BOXER-6406-ADN is available in various variants, each equipped with Intel
®N200, N50, or Intel
® Atom
® x7211E processors.
This selection was made due to their exceptional combination of energy efficiency and
powerful processing capability. For memory, the BOXER-6406-ADN offers 32GB of DDR5 at a
speed of 4800 MHz via the SODIMM slot, enabling high-speed data transfer to its collection
of industrially suitable interfaces,
such as DB-9 and DB-15 connectors for RS-232/422/485 and digital I/O functionality.
In addition, the embedded PCs feature two RJ-45 connectors for Intel
® I226-LM Ethernet with 2.5 GbE,
dual HDMI, and a total of four USB Type-A ports (USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 2, USB 2.0 x 2). Flexible
storage options are provided through a 2.5 inch SATA hard drive and an M.2 2280 M-Key, with
additional expansion potential through an M.2 2230 E-Key for Wi-Fi, as well as a full-size
mini card and SIM slots.
