The smallest
120 W DIN rail power supply on the
market
When space and cost are at a premium, the RECOM RACPRO1-S120 DIN-Rail PSU is the solution. Offering 120 W output
power from -40° C to +60 °C ambient in convection-only cooling, the part is just 1000 wmm high, 112 mm deep, and
28 mm wide, achieving 500 W/liter power density and an efficiency of up to 93.3 percent.
As a bonus, up to 144 W is available to 45 °C, with a further power boost to 150 percent for five seconds for surge loads. Adjustable output voltages are available at 12 V, 24 V, or 48 VDC, each with an extended return voltage capability of more than 35 V at 24 V and 63 V at 48 V, for immunity to back-feed from inductive and motor loads.
A DC-OK signal is also provided. Input is universal single-phase AC, or 88 to 370 VDC with active inrush limiting. The power consumption of the RACPRO1-S120 series is a maximum of 0.3 W when idle. Reliability is excellent and lifetime expectancy is 111,000 hours at 40 °C. Weight is just 330 g. “We are leading the market with our new DIN-Rail PSUs which are ideal for a wide range of demanding industrial applications such as automation, energy distribution, test and measurement, infrastructure, data/telecom and many more” comments Michael Peters, Business & Product Manager of RECOM.
