By using RFID data carriers on the engine block – here in the form of a data screw – all the process data can be recorded in minute detail
This combi-controller in the compact metal housing is available for all globally accepted bus systems (Profibus, EtherCAT, CC-Link, Ethernet/IP and Profinet).

With IO-Link master port and USB service port

A USB port provides the service interface, e.g. for software updates and rapid startup without the need for a controller. This intelligent RFID controller also features its own IO-Link master port as standard equipment. Use it to directly connect IO-Link capable devices, sensors, actuators or even sensor hubs for collecting signals from multi-ple switching sensors and easily integrating them into an installation.

D-Sub connectors in IP67 protection class with low-pass filter

CONEC has integrated one low-pass filter per contact in the very compact SlimCon connectors as another function.

Due to increasing data transmission rates and operating frequencies, it is becoming increasingly difficult to ensure the function of electrical devices and systems as well as trouble-free operation. The IP67 D-Sub1 CONEC SlimCon filters with integrated C-filter and EMC sealing attenuate conducted interference and ensure very good EMC protection. They are also protected against ingress of liquids and foreign substances. The one-piece zinc die-cast housing makes the new SlimCon Filter D-Sub connectors an extremely robust mechanical interface with reliable EMC and IP67 protection. The housing cut-out for the SlimCon filter series corresponds to that of other standard D-Sub connectors. This means that no new panel cut-outs are required and it is possible to convert standard IP20 systems to the IP67 system of the CONEC SlimCon Filter series. Due to its design, the mounting area is reduced by 48 to 52 percent compared to a standard IP67 protected filter D-Sub connector. The CONEC SlimCon filter connectors are designed for back panel mounting and are mechanically attached to the panel via four surfaces of the housing. The sealing to the housing is achieved via a conductive EMC gasket or optionally by a silicone gasket. The integrated filters will be offered with capacity values of 370 pF, 820 pF and 1200 pF. Further capacity values and special customer applications can be created and offered on request. ds
