The Spectra PowerBox 630 series is the perfect solution for industrial applications. Equipped with Intel® processors of the 12th/13th generation, the box PCs offer high computing power for demanding control and monitoring tasks. As with all Alder Lake-based systems, the various AI extensions and security functions of the CPU can also be used by applications designed for this purpose.
Thanks to the modular expandability via several M.2 key slots, the PowerBox 630 can be flexibly adapted to the respective requirements. Both modern (DP, HDMI) and legacy inputs (VGA) are available for connecting displays. With a variety of interfaces such as USB 3.2 Gen1/Gen2, 2.5GLAN and RS-232/422/485, it is perfectly suited for complex industrial networks and peripheral devices.
The fanless design of the PowerBox ensures a particularly robust and low-maintenance solution with minimized downtimes. Variants with an extended operating temperature range of -40 °C to +70 °C ensure reliable operation even in extreme environments. The wide-range input of 9 to 48 V ensures flexibility in various installation scenarios and enables a stable power supply, even with fluctuating energy sources.
In addition, the Spectra PowerBox 630 series also scores with versatile mounting options such as wall mounting, VESA or DIN rail mounting, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
Multi-EA modules and possible allocation of the expansion slots
Due to its characteristics, the Spectra PowerBox 630 is also ideal for industrial image processing, processing of process data and for applications with limited space where stability and reliability are paramount.
