With the new MD-3000, Cincoze introduces an embedded computer designed specifically for the machine level in intelligent manufacturing. It combines four key advantages: high computing performance, modular scalability, compact design, and DIN-rail mounting.
These advantages make the new MD-3000 an ideal platform for rapidly growing edge AI applications in industrial image processing – such as robotic manufacturing, inspection, and measurement.
The MD-3000 is the first model in the new MAGNET product line of high-performance, scalable DIN-rail computers.

Exceptional computing power – two patented cooling concepts as the key

Image processing and AI inference demand fast data handling and high processing performance.
The MD-3000 supports 14th/13th/12th Gen Intel® Core processors (35 to 65 W), up to 96 GB of DDR5 memory, and two NVMe SSDs, making it ideally suited for compute-intensive AI and vision tasks.
To ensure reliable performance within a compact 150 mm enclosure, Cincoze employs two patented thermal technologies.

Efficient cooling

The Dynamic Thermal Mechanism ensures precise contact between the CPU heatsink and the top cover, compensates for mechanical tolerances, and efficiently transfers heat to external aluminum fins, where it is quickly dissipated by an external fan – without dust intrusion. At the same time, the Smart OTP (Over Temperature Protection) continuously monitors the fan status and dynamically adjusts its operation, ensuring long-term CPU reliability. Flexible expansion – tailored to application needs

The MD-3000 consists of three core elements: the computer unit, the SED (Scalable Expansion Deck), and the SEM (Scalable Expansion Module), providing maximum flexibility.
Depending on the application, users can choose an SED with 2, 4, or 6 slots and combine it with various SEMs, including I/O interfaces, PoE, M.2 expansion, or 2.5-inch storage options. All SEMs are hot-swappable and feature a guiding groove for easy installation, significantly improving handling and setup speed.
