Performance for AI and Automation

Spectra LV-6717:
Mini-ITX Board with Intel® Core Ultra Processors and AI Boost NPU

In modern automation and machine vision applications, the demands on computing power, energy efficiency, and flexibility continue to rise. AI-based algorithms, high-resolution image data, and complex control tasks must be processed in real time. Developers and system integrators therefore face the challenge of finding platforms that can reliably meet both current and future requirements.
Industrial PC
Mini-ITX Board LV-6717
The industrial Mini-ITX board LV-6717 has been specifically designed for these scenarios. It is based on the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra processor generation (Arrow Lake-S) and combines traditional CPU/GPU computing power with an integrated Intel® AI Boost NPU for energy-efficient AI acceleration.
This enables complex AI workloads to be executed locally and in real time – without external systems or additional hardware.

Maximum Computing Power with
Intel® Core Ultra

The Intel® Core Ultra processors of the Arrow Lake-S series feature a 3D performance hybrid architecture with up to 65 W TDP. They combine powerful performance cores (P-cores) for demanding applications with efficient cores (E-cores) for background processes. This architecture delivers high multithread performance while maintaining optimized power consumption – ideal for time-critical applications in automation, robotics, and industrial image processing.
In addition, the integrated Intel® Xe Graphics supports multiple high-resolution displays and handles GPU-accelerated computations, making the LV-6717 well-suited for graphics-intensive tasks such as machine vision or visual inspection.

Onboard AI Acceleration

The integrated Intel® AAI Boost NPU offloads AI workloads from the CPU and GPU. It is designed for low-power AI operations such as object detection, anomaly analysis, or predictive maintenance. AI algorithms can therefore run directly on the device without cloud connectivity – saving bandwidth, reducing latency, and increasing data security.
