Powerful and economical Green IT embedded system

The new embedded system uIBX-CZ4350 from ICP Germany is high-performance, energy-saving and low-maintenance. The Intel ® Core™ i5-10210U processor ensures high performance. The processor unit has four native processor cores and eight execution threads, operates with a base clock of 1.6 GHz, which is clocked up to 4.2 GHz if required.

The uIBX-CZ4350 supports up to 64 GB of memory at 2666 MHz and comes equipped with 16 GB of RAM out of the box. The UHD graphics unit provides up to 4096 x 2304 pixel resolution. Both a display port and an HDMI port can be used as connection options for monitors for this.
Additional devices can be connected to four USB 3.0, four USB 2.0, two Gigabit network ports and two RS-232/422/485 interfaces. An M.2 2230 with an externally accessible SIM card slot and a Mini PCI Express slot are also available as expansion options. The M.2 2280 slot is equipped with a 256 GB NVME SSD on which Windows 10 IoT version 2021 is preinstalled.

Hybrid cooling system

The uIBX-CZ has pre-activated energy-saving functions on the bios and software side so that the system can be operated as energy-efficiently as possible.
The optionally available power supplies are efficiently designed and comply with Energy Efficiency Level VI. Furthermore, the uiBX-CZ4350 is hybrid cooled. The housing of the uIBX-CZ4350 is designed for fanless operation. The additionally attached fan is particularly quiet, low-maintenance and durable. Temperature-controlled, the fan operates in a speed range of 600 to 2300 rpm. At maximum speed, the noise level is below 24 dBA.
The fan is designed to be low maintenance and can be replaced as needed without having to open the system. The Mean Time to Failure MTTF of the fan is stated to be 150,000 hours. The additional cooling unit reduces the temperature inside the system, which has a positive effect on the service life of the entire system.
ICP Germany delivers the system as part of the Green IT campaign with compensated CO2 offsetting for the transport from the manufacturer to the customer. ds
