Panel PC or Box PC –
Users have the choice
Spectra PowerTwin 130 series offers
flexible options
Modern industrial companies usually need a comprehensive range of industrial PC
systems. Regardless of whether process data is to be processed or the next work
step is to be displayed or documented on a Panel PC, PC technology is behind it all.
The challenge for the system integrator is usually to select the right industrial PC systems to make
the production environment efficient, reliable and flexible.
The Spectra PowerTwin 130 series offers a high degree of flexibility. It is the
latest generation of a series of modular, customizable panel and Box PCs that has been
successful for several years.
The Box PC can be used on its own or can be converted into a Panel PC by attaching a display module.

PC module with display
Specifically, the new Spectra PowerTwin 130 series offers the following options. A
Box PC (PC unit) based on an Intel® Atom™
x7425E processor from the Alder Lake-N family. This processor combines modern processor
technology with outstanding energy efficiency at a very good price/performance ratio.
In combination with the attached display unit, a Panel PC is created. The displays are available in diagonals from 8.4 inch to 24 inch with resistive or capacitive touchscreen. Depending on the model, in 4:3 or 16:9 format.
The modular concept offers numerous advantages. If all devices come from the same series, the spare parts required are often identical or at least very similar. This simplifies spare parts management and reduces storage costs. Technicians only need to familiarize themselves with a limited number of appliance types and their specific requirements. This makes maintenance easier and can reduce downtime during repairs. In addition, devices from the same series are often designed for seamless integration. This means that the software and drivers are optimally matched to each other, making installation and operation easier.
