Industrial PCs tailored to customer requirements

A distinction is made between stand-alone computers, often referred to as SAC (SAC = Stand Alone Computer), and devices that are built into front panels, known as panel PCs.
Depending on the scope and type of tasks, customers can choose the size of the display, the protection class, and the mechanical housing properties.
For example, stainless steel designs, colors, and company logos can be customized to match the corporate design of the respective client.
The B&B systems (B&B = Bedienen und Beobachten, German for “operate and observe”) can be designed for stand or support arm mounting. Each system is equipped with the necessary technical components and tested.

Certified quality

The components used should be available for at least three to five years. MASS tests all components for elevated temperatures, vibration resistance, and 24/7 operation. Production is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 specifically for such requirements. The IPC to be installed can be equipped with different processors depending on the performance requirements; even the inexpensive Raspberry Pi CPUs are possible. Memory components in various designs and sizes, as well as interfaces and additional modules, can be freely selected. MASS also supplies a ready-to-run operating system with the appropriate software and, if required, with a customer-specific user program.
