Turck's hybrid safety I/O modules, which combine safety and standard I/Os, are particularly flexible
The modules can be used for applications up to PL e, category 4, in safety circuits up to SILCL 3.
Actuators are provided with 2 amps per output, with up to 9 amps in total. With protection to IP65/IP67/IP69K and an extended operating temperature range from -40 to +70 °C, the fully potted block modules can withstand the harshest environments.

Hybrid modules combine
safety and standard I/O

The new full safety modules complement Turck's hybrid safety I/O modules, which combine standard and safe inputs and outputs in one device and can thus be flexibly adapted to the specific signal requirements in the machine.
On the safety side the hybrid modules offer two safety inputs for connecting safety sensors such as light curtains or emergency-stop buttons. Two additional safety channels can be used either as inputs or outputs. ds

Update for runner block and guide rail configurator

Thanks to the new design, links to the online catalog and numerous functional updates of the configurator from Bosch Rexroth, users can now reach their goal even more quickly.
Icons such as GoTo or Top Seller show the quickest way to a suitable product. The clear symbols also show if a user is outside the standard. In these cases, the OPT (Optional) icon indicates that the price and delivery time for the chosen product combinations may change. Both ball runner and roller runner blocks can be configured with the integrated measuring system. The previously separate tools have been combined, saving designers valuable time. For ball runner blocks, the new magnetic measuring system IMS-compact can also be integrated.
The updated configurator for guide rails also takes into account the new, particularly space-saving IMS-compact measuring system.
With one-piece standard roller or standard ball guide rails, additional machining steps can also be defined in the configurator. Options such as additional mounting holes, pin holes or front-side threads can be defined via a visual representation. For multi-piece rails (ball and roller guide rails), asymmetric impacts can be selected as a category.
