Turck's hybrid
safety I/O modules, which combine safety and standard I/Os, are particularly flexible
The modules can be used for applications up to PL e, category 4, in safety circuits up to SILCL 3.
Actuators are provided with 2 amps per output, with up to 9 amps in total. With protection to IP65/IP67/IP69K and an extended operating temperature range from -40 to +70 °C, the fully potted block modules can withstand the harshest environments.
Hybrid modules combine
The new full safety modules complement Turck's hybrid safety I/O modules, which combine standard and safe
inputs and outputs in one device and can thus be flexibly adapted to the specific signal requirements in the
machine.
On the safety side the hybrid modules offer two safety inputs for connecting safety sensors such as light curtains or emergency-stop buttons. Two additional safety channels can be used either as inputs or outputs. ▪ ds
