High performance motors and gearboxes driven by intelligent algorithms

Synapticon's proprietary control technologies, such as model-predictive deadbeat field-oriented control, enable low heat dissipation of drives while maintaining very high motion control performance. Sophisticated disturbance compensation enables high motion quality even with medium- to low-cost motors and sensors.

SOMANET Circulo: Industry standard for cobots

SOMANET Circulo is the world's first complete dedicated servo drive solution and suitable for any permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) or brushless DC (BLDC) motor up to 60 V and 60 Arms. The benefits are model predictive field-oriented control and unmatched error compensation for sensor noise, non-linearity and torque ripple to enable high quality motion (even for low cost motors and sensors).
With its round shape and hollow shaft, SOMANET Circulo is available in standard sizes (70 mm and 90 mm diameter) and is designed to be mounted directly on hollow shaft motors, making the set a compact intelligent actuator.
Ideal for creating intelligent embedded motor solutions where cable runs need to be embedded in a space-saving and secure manner.

High-precision servo motors
with hollow shaft for robot arms and cobots

The brushless motors of the MDD (Micro-direct-Drive) family from Nippon Pulse are available in flange sizes from 13 mm to 70 mm in 3 lengths. Special windings, the use of strong ball bearings and extra strong magnets enable them to achieve high torque up to 1000 mNm, with peak values up to 3100 mNm. An integrated encoder (absolute or incremental) with high resolution enables precise positioning. On request, the MDD series can be supplied with a hollow axis. Customer-specific modifications, e .g. with a special seal, are possible. The servo motors are suitable for use in high-precision equipment for clean rooms such as scara, pharmaceutical robots and small gantries. They can also be used in industrial robot arms for cobots, articulated arm robots for production lines with complex assembly work in harsh conditions and in precision machines such as SMA devices for electrical and semiconductor manufacturing. ds
