As a representative of Nidec Servo, Dynetics offers a versatile range of reliable brushed and brushless DC
motors (internal and external rotor) for 12 and 24 V. These cost-effective motors are used in many areas,
such as automation applications, self-service equipment and medical devices. For these motors there are also
suitable encoders and gear solutions with several reduction ratios per gear.
The DMN series ball bearing motors and planetary gearboxes are highly efficient due to the use of resin as
an integral part of the brush casings.
Nidec was thus able to reduce the motor noise by approx. 8 dB (A).
The integrated brushes have a greater length than comparable designs and are made of a hardened material.
This results in less wear and a life expectancy of 3000 hours. In comparison, standard brushes have a
lifetime of about 1000 hours.
