New mechatronic components for robotics and mechanical engineering

Dynetics presents linear and rotating servo motors from suppliers like NPM, Nidec and ELRA with drivers from Synapticon and a compact electric gripper based on the world's smallest bidirectional ball screw from KSS.

New torque dimensions –
ELRA IP65 high-torque motors

The new high-torque BLDC motors from ELRA have significantly higher torque compared to standard motors of this size. The high-pole rotor design with a rated speed of 750 rpm makes the motors ideal as direct drives. The elimination of an otherwise necessary gear reduction eliminates mechanical wear, increasing the drive's operating life to up to 20,000 hours – depending on the application.
The new high-torque motors are now available in two sizes with flange dimensions of 80 x 80 mm and 100 x 100 mm. Optionally, the motors can be equipped with high-resolution incremental encoders for precise positioning and smooth running at lowest speeds.
