For use in this hygiene-critical environment, Spectra presents the panel PC of the Spectra Panel Z series with
display sizes from 17 inch to 21.5 inch and resistive touch screen. The use of stainless steel for the housing
of these panel PCs guarantees a very high surface quality that can withstand highly corrosive environments as
well as high pressures and temperatures. Even under continuous stress, the homogeneous surfaces remain free of
hairline cracks or pores, so that no impurities can adhere. In addition, the Panel PCs are designed according to
the IP66/69K protection class all around. Two Gigabit LAN, four USB and two COM interfaces are designed as M12 or
IP67 connectors and allow easy cleaning and disinfection all around.
Powerful processors
For the processors, you can choose between representatives of the Intel
® Apollo Lake or Kaby Lake family. Two
DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets, occupied by 1x 8 GB RAM and expandable up to max. 32 GB, are available as RAM. A 128 GB
2.5" SSD and an additional M.2 M-Key 2280 are used for data storage. An mPCIe (full-size) and an M.2 E-Key 2230
slot are used for functional extensions. Spectra takes over the installation of the components at the customer's
request, as only trained personnel are allowed to open the Panel PC in order to guarantee the tightness of the
device.
